Ouch- heavy beats ! I didn't know this project from rapper Butterfly. It apparently has nothing to do with one of myfavorites hip-hop artist, Shabazz the Disciple.
I love the progressive build up of their beats, adding samples one by one as you can hear in Swerve. Have a nice week-end and if not done yet, go play Tyler the Creator's summer playlist a bunch of times.

Ok I don't know if the name is Samiyam in 1 part or if there is some subtlety like Sam-I-am. Anyway, I really like Brainfeeder label and when Samiyam's "Cushion" made my desk shake and my ice-cold beer drop on the carpet, I knew I had found my daily article. Hope you like it and I'll share more beatmaker's name in here soon. ~Turn up the bass~
